Accommodation For Your Whole Fawley Team
Won a contract at Fawley and need to house a crew? We handle the whole placement — beds, billing and one point of contact — so your project team can get on with the job instead of ringing round hotels.
Most of our guests are industrial contractors at Fawley, and increasingly we're booked by the firms employing them rather than the individuals. If you're mobilising a crew for a turnaround, shutdown or a longer project, we can take the accommodation off your plate entirely.

How We Work With Firms
Invoiced on account
We invoice your company with payment terms and a PO number — no cards, no personal expense claims, no chasing your lads for receipts.
One consolidated invoice
Every bed across every property on a single monthly invoice, however many people you have with us. One line in your accounts, not twenty.
A named point of contact
You deal with Rob directly. One number for swaps, extensions and problems — not a booking platform or a call centre.
Flex the headcount
Crews change size mid-project. Scale beds up or down as your headcount moves without being locked into the original booking.

| Additional capacity arranged nearby | Southampton area | up to 15 |
| Total available for one team | up to 32 | |
Additional capacity is arranged through partner accommodation rather than owned by us, so it's offered on request and subject to availability at the time of booking. We'll always confirm in writing exactly what we can hold for your dates before you raise a PO.
Properties can be taken whole, or split into individual rooms — usually the cheapest way to house a mixed crew.
Compliance & Paperwork
We know accommodation won't get through your supply chain approval without the documents. We hold all of the following and will send current copies on request:
- Public liability insurance
- Gas safety certificates
- Electrical installation reports (EICR)
- Fire risk assessments
- HMO licensing where required
- All documents available on request
If your procurement team has a supplier questionnaire or pre-qualification form, send it over and we'll complete it.
How It Works
- Send us the headcount and datesEven a rough shape helps — how many, roughly when, and how long the placement runs. You don't need final names.
- We confirm what we can coverWithin 24 hours you get a written breakdown of exactly which properties and rooms we can hold, and the total cost.
- We hold it while you approveProcurement rarely turns around same day. We'll hold the allocation while your side raises the PO.
- One contact for the whole placementOnce the crew is in, you have one person to call for anything — extensions, swaps, an extra body arriving at short notice.
We've provided accommodation for contractors from a number of firms working at Fawley.
See who we've housedQuestions Firms Ask Us
- How many contractors can you accommodate at once?
- We have 17 beds across our own 5 properties in Southampton, and can arrange up to a further 15 beds nearby on request, subject to availability. That means we can generally cover teams of up to around 32 people. Tell us your headcount and we'll confirm in writing what we can actually hold for your dates.
- Can you invoice our company rather than taking card payment?
- Yes. We invoice on account with payment terms and will quote your PO number on the invoice. Most contractor firms can't put accommodation on a card, so this is how we normally work.
- Will we get one invoice or one per property?
- One consolidated invoice covering every bed across every property, issued monthly. If your finance team needs it broken down by person, cost centre or site, we can do that as a supporting schedule.
- What happens if our headcount changes mid-project?
- Turnaround headcounts move constantly, so we build for it. You can scale beds up or down as the crew changes rather than being held to the original booking, and we'll always try to absorb a late arrival at short notice.
- Do you have the compliance documents our procurement team will ask for?
- Yes — public liability insurance, gas safety certificates, electrical installation reports (EICR), fire risk assessments, and HMO licensing where it applies. Ask and we'll send the current documents across.
- Can you mix whole properties and individual rooms?
- Yes, and it's usually the cheapest way to house a mixed crew. Supervisors often take a whole property while the rest of the team take rooms. We'll put together whatever combination fits your headcount and budget.
- How far are the properties from Fawley Refinery?
- All of them are around 20 minutes from the Fawley complex via the A326, so your crew is on site quickly and isn't burning paid hours in traffic.
