About Us

Fawley Contractor Stays is run by King Property Ltd, a locally-based property business in Southampton. We set up specifically to solve a problem we kept hearing about from contractors working on major projects at Fawley Refinery: generic hotel rooms are expensive and impersonal, and informal house shares are unreliable — neither is designed around the realities of shift work, extended stays, and project timelines that can shift at short notice.

So we built something in between. Each of our properties is fully furnished to a genuinely high standard — proper kitchens, fast Wi-Fi, washing machines, and comfortable places to switch off after a long shift — and let on flexible terms that make sense for contractor work, not holiday bookings.
